Le crowdsourcing

La notion de crowdsourcing peut être comprise comme une sorte d’externalisation vers la foule possible grâce aux nouvelles technologies. Cependant, le phénomène du crowdsourcing mis en œuvre sur internet est relativement ancien.

Nous citerons pour exemple la plate-forme de crowdsourcing Innocentive imaginée dès 1998. Cette plate-forme regroupe plus de 135 000 personnes situés sur 175 pays différents. Elle offre un service de mise en relation entre des entreprises demandeuses et des entités (la foule) susceptible d’avoir une solution aux défis qui leurs sont proposés.
