Début 2011, la situation du réseau téléphonique 4G était obscure.
Le cahier des charges pour le lancement de la 4G, définie par l’Arcep, a été modifié à plusieurs reprises. D’abord annoncé disponible pour la 2011, le déploiement des infrastructures 4G ne devrait pas débuter avant 2012.
