In January 2018, I discovered a new way to make money: crowdsourcing with Neevo. What is that ?

Crowdsourcing is “the practice of obtaining needed services, ideas, or content by soliciting contributions from a large group of people and especially from the online community rather than from traditional employees or suppliers” (source: Merriam Webster).

The best example of crowdsourcing is “Neevo” created by the company DefinedCrowd. The purpose is simple: by answering questions in your native language, you will participate to improve the data used by the IA.

There are many job types like text, audio, image and video analysis. You may be asked to record phrases, categorize audio, identify the perception of a specific text and tag objects in images.

You get paid few cents for each question you answer. You have to get a PayPal account and there is no fee to convert dollars to euros. It’s very well paid: for example, by recording 220 sentences in french, I was paid 19,80 dollars which is 15,50 euros.

This work can be used to develop self-driving car technologies, advance predictive medical diagnosis and therapy, make virtual assistants smarter, create more realistic video games, improve fraud detection systems or make our homes connected through smartphones.

You can join the next evolution today in 1 minute.
