Priority areas of training :
This Master degree at the university of Strasbourg is an answers to a market need in the area of digital economic,  inserting the competences of complex management’s projects with a mastery of legal frameworks and regulatory, specific to the Information Society, taking into account law of the internet.
This Master degree AES allow to general lawyer profils to be able to understand and control the new technologies evolutions, ubiquity of use ICT and thus be able to support the change organization, notably the acceleration of the dematerialization of the economy with pragmatic approach.
It answers fully the recommendation of  “renewed Lisbon Strategy, “2010 initiative” and “ Integrated Guidelines for Growth and Jobs 2008-2010” ( see Guidelines 9 about CIT and the e-skills forum) and that since mars 2010 EUROPE 2020.
Description of cpecified skills for that specialty :

  • Cognitives skills

Law of the internet, european and international framework ;
Digital economy framework, macroeconomic approach ;
The information technology ( convergence Voice Data Images, WEB2.0 ….) ;
The use of information and comunication technology by actors (business, administration, local,…) et by sector (Egovernment, Eadministration, Eealth, Elearning, Ebusiness…) ;
Capacity to define and describe issues due to the paperless process and value chain ;
Project management and quality approach ;
Technical english : mastery of a legal and a technical glossary ;

  • Functionals skills

Technicals : knowledge of tecnology and capacity to fallow her evolution
Methodological : swot analysis, used of collaborative platforms, economic intelligence and elearning, know how analyse and argue lthe choice of plateforms, tools and méthods …

  • Personals skills

Autonomy: being able to drive a project, to make technical and organizational reporting, mastery of an advanced office ;
Responsability :  take a project team ;
Reflection : learn to anticipate change and make a permanent information watch ;

  • Professionnals skills

Solve problems and develop solutions in partnership ;
Do a transfer skills and organize  a continu learning for team
This descriptive of skills match the grid of «ICT practitioner competence», from  “European ICT Skills Meta Framework State of the art review” (Feb 2006 CWA CEN), Eskills for 21st century,  study Empirica october 2010.

Teaching methods

The teaching metods are varied and interactive : class, panel discussions, case studies, team projects, seminairs and testimonials from professional collaborative plateform and business intelligence. Blog www.economie-numerique.net. International week.
