On the 29th of June, the story of the World’s biggest startup campus STATION F started. The inauguration was made by her director Roxanne Varza and the French President, Emmanuel Macron. STATION F is not just another new campus, it is a whole startup ecosystem for international entrepeneurs.

But what is exactly STATION F ?
STATION F is not metro station, neither radio station but a great new startup incubator. It has been built in the classified building of the Halle Freyssinet in Paris. Xavier Niel, the founder of Iliad and Free, launched the project in September 2013 when he bought the building. During 4 years, he invested his own money, up to 250 millions of Euros. The goal is to give “a framework to the fragmented startup ecosystem in France and in Europe” in 34 000 square meters area.
And what can we do there ?
1,000 startups work under one roof with big partners like Facebook, HEC, Thales, Vente-Privée, NUMA, ICM (Spinal and Cord Institute), and more. Those companies and organizations drive a total of 26 startup programs with specific focused themes like artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, foodtech, fintech or healthtech. STATION F has its own programs like Founders Program for full time residency, Fihgters Program for entrepreneurs without priviliged backgrounds, and Fellowship if you need to come time to time. Prototypes can also be realized too, thanks to the Tech Lab and its convenience.

One campus, three zones.
STATION F is composed at first by the SHARE zone which provides meeting and event spaces, services for entrepreneurs, and some private offices. Then CREATE zone is dedicated to the startups themselves and the different programs. Finally CHILL zone will be the massive restaurant MAMMA F, opened to startupers and to the public.
By the way, go to Anticafé, the co-working coffe shop. Then, thanks to its public walkway, you may go and feel this unique entrepreneurship !
